Warranty does not cover mechanical breakage or malfunction due to conditions of normal wear and tear, misuse, mishandling, damage caused by reloaded/non-factory produced ammunition, dirty or abused firearms, improperly installed accessories, firearms with mechanical modifications, or aftermarket/"upgraded" parts not installed by the firearm manufacturer or Drake Fine Sporting Arms LLC. Drake Fine Sporting Arms LLC makes no claim and is not responsible for the quality or construction of after-market parts and "upgrade" parts. Warranty applies only to firearms purchased through jsdrakeoutdoors.com with warranty payment attached to the order of said firearms and purchase of warranty for each applicable firearm in each order. Jsdrakeoutdoors and Drake Fine Sporting Arms LLC make no further claims of warranty expressed or implied other than what has been outlined here in the warranty description for the products applicable to the warranty description. The customer is responsible for the shipment of the firearm to and from our repair facility, and the associated cost of parts involved/required for repairs. No other warranty is expressed or implied for products without an associated warranty paid for in the same order as said products.
